Interfere with system security or performance
Violate data protection or privacy laws

5. AI & Automated Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies.
We do not guarantee correctness, reliability, or legal compliance of outputs.
Users must independently verify results.
We disclaim liability for reliance on AI-generated outputs.
6. Fees & Payments
Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
We may modify pricing with prior notice.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, technology, software, branding, and AI systems remain the exclusive property of Chaurasiya Technologies Pte. Ltd.
Users retain ownership of data they upload but grant us a limited license to process it for service delivery.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where acting as a Data Processor, customers are responsible for ensuring lawful data collection.
9. Third-Party Integrations
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, messaging services, cloud providers).
We are not responsible for third-party services, downtime, or data practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms or risk to platform integrity.
Upon termination, access rights cease immediately.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
14. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
