You authorize BizReach AI to retrieve Lead Ads and related information through Meta APIs.
You will maintain all required permissions for the duration of the integration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform unlawfully
Violate Meta policies
Upload malicious software
Interfere with Platform security
Attempt unauthorized access
Reverse engineer the Platform
Harvest data without authorization
Misuse personal information

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate account information
Protecting login credentials
Obtaining required customer consents
Complying with privacy laws
Managing access permissions
Ensuring lawful marketing practices

6. Lead Data

You retain ownership of your customer data.

BizReach AI processes lead information solely to provide the requested services.

We do not claim ownership of your Lead Ads or customer records.

7. Data Protection

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect customer data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control may affect access.

9. Third-Party Services

BizReach AI integrates with third-party providers including Meta and other business platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, branding, documentation, and technology associated with BizReach AI remain the exclusive property of BIGCXO PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.

11. Fees

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in a separate agreement.
We may suspend services for unpaid accounts after reasonable notice.

Present security risks
Fail to pay applicable fees
